Fantastic rug and quality

Very happy with the rug, the creases disappear quickly, if anything, it could do with being a little thicker in the underlay
Soft and comfortable.
One thing we have noticed with our old rug was how heavy traffic would affect it. We did notice an area becoming flattened and not as soft to touch. Washing the rug with a carpet cleaner was no drama and whilst it helped a little with the traffic areas we spent time combing the flattened area to bring it back to life. This seemed to be the trick with this rug material.
