How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free on every order, across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. There are no delivery charges and no minimum spend, ever.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We're online only, so everything comes straight to your door.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days. Larger items can occasionally take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if anything affects your delivery date.

Who delivers my order?

We use trusted carriers including An Post, DPD and other established couriers to get your order to you quickly and reliably.

What if I'm not home?

No need to wait in. If you're not home, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place or reattempt delivery until it's successful.

Can I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed. If you'd ever like an update on where your order is, just contact us and we'll check it for you.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, simply enter your preferred delivery address at checkout. We deliver each order to a single address.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you change your mind, return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return something?

Just contact us and we'll arrange your return. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

My item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, what now?

We're sorry if that happens. Get in touch within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you. Where helpful, a quick photo speeds things up.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received the returned item. Please allow a few working days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
