Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend. We deliver to every county in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

On average it takes 3.2 working days. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days. The courier can come as late as 9pm. If you are out, they leave it in a safe place or try again, so you do not need to wait in.

An Post, DPD and other trusted couriers bring it to your door.

Sign in to your account with the email you used. It shows your order status. Your order email has a link to it too. At busy times delivery can take 1 or 2 days longer. Not sure? Email hello@jshop.ie and we will check for you.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna or Revolut Pay. You do not need an account to buy.

Yes. Shopify, PayPal or Revolut take each payment over a secure link. We never see or keep your card details.

Every order gets free delivery anywhere in Ireland, with no minimum spend. New customers who join our emails get €10 off a first order over €150. We don't run site-wide discounts, so the price you see is the price you pay.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email hello@jshop.ie with your order number first. We will send you the return address and simple steps. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us.

When your return reaches us and we check it, we email you. Your refund goes back to how you paid within 14 days.

We are sorry. Email hello@jshop.ie with photos, within 48 hours if you can. We will replace it, repair it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

No, we are an online shop only. Delivery to your door is free.
