Shipping policy

Delivery

 

We deliver to all 32 counties of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) with free delivery on every order and no minimum spend. We also deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) with free delivery there too.

 

Delivery times

 

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days. Larger furniture items can occasionally take a little longer; if so, we will keep you updated by email. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it has been dispatched.

 

Couriers

 

Orders are delivered by trusted national couriers. Deliveries are made to your door. For large or heavy items, please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

 

Problems with a delivery

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@jshop.ie with your order number and we will sort it quickly. Please check items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours where possible, ideally with photos.
