A lovely soft rug that feels so nice, my neighbour's kid summed it up nicely when she giggled that it tickles her tootsies! 😄. It's not very thick but is fine on top of a carpet. It's feels good quality especially for the price paid. I didn't notice any odour but I had the window open to freshen the room. I'm really pleased I chose this rug and would definitely recommend it
