Beautiful Vintage Rug, but Not Quite the Colour Advertised

However, one thing I noticed immediately was the colour difference compared with the advertised photographs. The listing makes the rug appear more of a neutral cream and beige, whereas in person it has a noticeably pinkish undertone. It’s not an unpleasant colour by any means, but it’s definitely something to consider if you’re trying to match a particular colour scheme.

Very soft rug

The one i got was huge and although it says it can go in the washing machine this one definitely aint fitting in mine.

Large and accurate to the pictures

I wanted a rug to cover an older carpet until it's replaced and this was a great size. The rug arrives folded very compactly in plastic wrap; once unwrapped it unfolds easily and thankfully didn't have any creases that didn't smooth out right away. The rug is soft and quite plush underfoot and comfortable to walk upon. The pattern is accurate to the images and certainly has a vintage look to it from a distance; I'd say the colour also looks accurate to what I was expecting it to. It vacuums well and vacuuming definitely helped remove and lingering creases from being folded.

Nice design

This is a lovely looking rug and has a very pleasant design. The rug comes in different sizes but this one shown in the picture is 160x230 cm. The main features of this rug are its nice design and soft feel (that can be machine washed). The rug is very lightweight and can easily fit in a washing machine. The manufacturers say the fabric is spill and stain resistant using a non shedding material (I'm guessing the entire rug is made from polyester since it certainly does not feel like it has any wool content). The rug is non slip and it does work (my floor is tilled and the rug offered good grip

Nice looking Vintage style hallway runner

4 stars for this Vintage Washable Hallway Runner Rug (60x240cm) from ‘Best Baisite’. I went for the grey which looks really nice. The rug is low profile and non-slip backing works well (on my hallway floor anyway). The rug is lightweight but looks well made with descent stitching around the edges. Although a low profile rug it is actually very soft underfoot so I’m well pleased. The care label says wash at 30° and although I haven’t done this yet, the PVC backing and 100% polyester pile should hold up well.

A lovely vintage rug that adds comfort

The rug arrived vacuum sealed and expanded massively once opened, which was a pleasant surprise given how compact the packaging was. The first thing I noticed was how soft it feels underfoot. It's not particularly thick, but it adds a welcome bit of warmth to the floor. Our cat and dog are fans too, with the dog regularly napping on it and the cat rolling about as though it was bought specifically for them. The robot vacuum also manages to clean over it without any trouble, which is always a bonus.

Nice large rug for the living room

The design is simple enough to work with most living room styles, and the beige shade keeps things looking fairly light and neutral. It is a good option if you want something that does not clash with your existing decor.

Beautiful Vintage Style Rug with a Soft, Practical Finish

It feels soft underfoot despite being a low profile style. Because it is quite light weight, you really do need to put grip tape or rubber corner grippers around the edges to stop it from moving. Once secured, it stays put nicely. Spot cleaning any accidental spills is effortless too, which makes it ideal for everyday home life. It has made the room feel much more homely and cosy, so I am dead pleased with it.
