Hard Wearing and Elegant

The fold creases in the rug caused by packaging very quickly smoothed out and, in my case, virtually disappeared overnight. If the creases are a little more stubborn, simply run a cool iron over the rug to loosen and flatten the fibres.

Quite thin but decent quality.

I needed a runner style rug for my kitchen and I liked the checkerboard design of this so decided to order it. It arrives folded up but the bumps from the folds disappear quickly once it is laid on the floor. It has a woven, jute style look and has stitched edges. It's not very thick but that means you are less likely to trip over it and it has proven to be durable in the time I've been using it so far. I like the natural and charcoal colours, and the checkerboard design. It will fit into a variety of home decor schemes and while I am using it in my kitchen, it would easily work in halls, cons

Add some rustic charm to a boring hallway and it looks smart as well

The rug measures 80x150cm, which fits neatly across the width of my hallway and leaves enough space at each end for easy movement and I have a standard doormat on top by the door to catch initial soggy feet water as we come in.

Attractive, practical, and still looking great after regular use

The only area where my experience differed from the product description was the non-slip backing. On our flooring, it didn't stay in place particularly well and tended to move around more than I'd like. We ended up purchasing separate rug grips, which completely solved the issue. Since fitting those, it's been absolutely fine.
