Effective and looks great
Just what we were looking for. Looks great and stylish. Good quality and options for both crystal effect and wood effects supplied. Installation straight forward and narrow fitting allowed for easy recess into our stud wall. Fire is very efficient and warms up our 5m by 6m extension room quickly and effectively. Great addition.

Pleasantly surprised
I was quite sceptical about this fire initially but I am pleasantly surprised. For the price it is really lovely and look much more expensive than it actually was. Installation instructions were easy to follow and I think the hardest part was actually measuring the space we want to go. Some people had said the heater fan was quite noisy but we haven’t found that at all, in fact it’s very quiet. When using the heater it heats up very quickly and even without the heat and just the flames, it feels warm in our lounge and it’s worth remembering that the heater only comes on when the rooms temperat
Works great, looks great and does what it says on the tin, highly recommend.
Comes well packaged, solidly build and sturdy once the mounting fixture is in place, currently I have it free standing for testing but will be mounting to the wall. Installation and setup was a breeze, but do make sure to read the manual closely (I jumped to the attach feet section and had to read the whole book to get to the part for putting in the logs etc and the requirement of the wall mounting bracket being removed for free standing use or it will rattle). Logs and crystals along with the glass front are removed, then its mounted then they are reattached once the fire place is in situ, I

Lovely Fire, very happy with it, might be better if electric cable was black it would not have been so necessary to hide. But the flame effect is nice, the different colour options are fun and the heat is good .
