Really pleased with this fire looks more expensive than it actually was it's added a focal point to my room just what I was looking for looks lovely and cosy with just the glow and really packs some heat out well packaged and very easy to assemble not too noisy easily controlled heat and glow setting decent size very sturdy great quality very happy with my purchase

The best fireplace for a good price
Words can't describe how happy I am with this purchase. I spent a long time deciding between this model and a more expensive one from another company, and I made the right choice. The fireplace looks realistic, you can adjust the brightness, and it's quiet. The only thing is, I haven't used it as a heater yet, but I'm looking forward to cozy, cold days.
Good looking and good value
A traditional and neat design that looks good in real life, the side windows being a nice touch. Assembly was dead easy, and it fulfills all expectations. Heat output is fine, the flame effect is realistic enough, so why drop one star? The fan when the heat is on, is a little noisy, though not objectionable. It is not an expensive item compared with some, so maybe I'm being over critical. I'm not a fan (pardon the pun) of buying electrical items unseen, but overall I'm very pleased with this.
Looks and works really good
It looks great and warms the room really quickly. Yes it makes a small amount of noise when the heatings on as stated in other reviews, but it's a fan heater so you expect to hear the fan. It's not particularly noisy though, but yes you can hear the fan. Personally I'd recommend it
