Coat Stand Solid Wood Rack with Shoe Storage

Quality material

The price is quite high, but it is a very quality product. The material is really nice and it is so easy to put together too. Lots of simple parts that just screw together, the instructions are very clear and everything is labelled well. All in all it took like 10 minutes to put together 95% of it, and it was only the last few screws that took me ages due to having to take the Allen key out and reposition it loads.

Stylish, Well-Made Coat Rack That's Perfect for the Hallway

The combination of coat hooks, bench, and shoe storage makes it incredibly practical. There are plenty of hooks for coats, hats, and bags, or in my case, dog leads and accessories, while the bench is comfortable and strong enough to sit on when putting shoes on or taking them off. The shoe rack underneath keeps footwear neatly organised and helps prevent clutter by the door. Assembly was straightforward with the clear instructions provided, and once built, it feels very solid. Overall, it's a well-designed, high-quality piece of furniture that's ideal for keeping an entrance hall or porch tidy

We assembled manually using alan keys, and had no issue with the kit screws. Read my assembly tips.

- I had the full complement of screws with mine, along with alan keys for doing the screws manually and hex bits if you were going to use electric drill to do the completion. Our drill was out being used elsewhere, so I opted to do it manually using the alan keys. Now, I can see that if people used the electric drill method, and started putting the screws in with that, then it is possible that the screws could be forced in at an angle, which would be the wrong thing to do. Some people have reported the screws shearing off at this point of the build, and that may be why. I was doing it by putti

Elegant and pratical coat and shoe stand which does require assembly

The coat stand arrived flat packed and it took me about 45 minutes to assemble it single handed. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly was straightforward, some wooden parts simply screwed together whilst bolts and coach screws were used elsewhere. All the wooden parts were labelled with a letter on a sticker and all the hardware was in various bags which were labelled with a digit. The only tools required were 2 hex keys which were included.

Amazing REAL WOOD quality - looks very expensive (and flexible on height if needed)

So I have two of these beauties - but I needed this one to be less in height than the other and I had envisaged having to take a hacksaw to the legs or similar - but happily the two 'upstruts' on either left and right side are made out of several pieces, so it was super easy to leave out two pieces and reduce the overall height down to 94cm which is what I needed to fit into my 95cm height gap. It was easy to do because this is a really well made unit and the pieces are well designed to fit together and the holes have been made to fit each of the very sturdy screws supplied.
