Hammock or Chair? Why Not Both!

It arrives largely pre-assembled, simply unfolding and locking into place in minutes. A real bonus is the ability to use it in two different configurations: as a conventional chair or as a reclined hammock-style lounger. Two separate fabric covers are included for the different setups, and they’re quick to swap over without needing any tools. The breathable fabric is comfortable to sit or lie on and can be removed for washing if required.

As a hammock, this really does shine. It's comfortable, well-supported, and easy to settle into. The chair mode is where a little nuance is needed: sitting fully upright isn't particularly easy, as the design tends to encourage a reclined position. Once you lean back and embrace that, it's actually very comfortable — think relaxed lounger rather than garden chair. The foldable stand packs down quickly and the carry bag makes transport straightforward, whether moving between spots in the garden or heading to a campsite.

More slouch than couch

Rufus: That's a completely valid concern. If the product listing's publicity images show the chair mode in a fully upright seated position, but the actual product reclines when you sit in it, there is a discrepancy between the advertised depiction and the real-world experience.
