To clean the grill, I just run it for a few minutes after cooking, then turn off, leave to cool a little, then scrape, brush and oil the grate. The warm-up on the next use burns off the oil and seasons the cooking surface perfectly.
Purchased again 8 years later.
Don’t hesitate. I bought the same grill 9 years ago. Fantastic. Great little grill, well built, easy to clean, no flare ups, efficient on gas, ideal for 2/3 persons on an evening.
Great little BBQ
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, maybe people can't work the regulator and get the gas flow right. On its lowest setting it cooked the chicken nicely, I'd say it needs to be cranked up a bit for steaks and chops.
Great portable BBQ for boats!
This is an EXCELLENT Portable BBQ - Genuinely impressed. I've been using it on my Yacht as a burger/chicken/sausage maker for the kids and it's fantastic, it gets the meat juicy and not burnt with minimal effort. It's easy to clean, it doesn't make a mess, and is a joy to use.

This is a good barbeque. Bigger than I thought it would be, but that's not a problem really, more space to cook! Bought it with a patio gas adapter, works well, haven't tried the disposable carts yet. Every new cooker has a learning curve, 3rd bbq in, and I'm starting to really like it. It is hot, as others have said, not as much uniformity on the cooking surface as I would have hoped, however, cooks fast, and once you learn where the hottest bits are, you can juggle around steaks and prawns with no real drama's. I have added a grill grate, just plonk it on top of the cooking surface and lift
