So much good to say about this chair!! Putting it together was easy, the packaging was so well organized and labeled. I am quite short (5'2) so I really appreciated being able to request a shorter gas lift. My feet are now able to be flat on the ground - this is very exciting for someone my height!! The chair is very supportive and comfortable. The highlight has been the customer service! I messaged requesting the shorter gas lift and they followed up with me to ensure I received it, sent instructions on how to remove the original when asked, then followed up again to ensure I figured it out.
