The Wonder Core 2 - 12 in 1 Exercise Machine is an excellent solution for at-home fitness enthusiasts. Its compact design packs a lot of functionality, and the built-in twisting seat and rower really elevate it above standard workout equipment. I’ve used it for abs, cardio, and strength training, and it handles all these exercises smoothly.
I have found this machine amazing so far

I have found this machine amazing so far, still early days but i enjoy doing the different exercises on it and the exercises are quite adaptable to you as well, you don't have to go all the way back, or pull the arms all the w

The resistance on the rowing attachment is quite good, but there is also an extra resistance option available for when
Easy to build and perfect to use
I managed to build this, to my surprise it was very easy and I wish I had bought earlier, as a complete beginner to exercise this is going to be great and perfect for my needs.
