Wonder Core 2 12 in 1 Exercise Machine

Great bit of kit!

With all the gym closures, due to obvious covid reasons, I was in the market for a bench. I stumbled across this while researching and I'm glad I did! This primarily is to help with the core physique of the body, don't be fooled, just using this won't get you the body that you see in the pics and videos BUT for under £100, it's a bargain! The sit-up range of motion is great! And the resistance bands are of good quality and can aid a good warm up. The great advantage for me is I double this up to use as a bench, which when I've coupled with weights, can actually get a massive range of exercises

Very effective and fairly gentle.

I've found it very effective for legs, arms and stomach, but it can be used for other areas. The illustrations and pages of photographs showing it in use by real people (muscular models of course) are a big plus and for me made it very easy to get started. At first I found the exercises a bit lightweight and easy, but after a few minutes started to realize the method was working and I now after 3/4 weeks find it good, effective and very importantly - SAFE.

I have found this machine amazing so far

Very fast delivery ordered early hours on the Friday and it arrived next day on the Saturday. Fab machine I have numerous physical health conditions including muscle and back problems and struggle finding exercises I can do and because I can only do small bursts at a time and alot of exercises can cause me to be in severe pain and possibly bed bound for a few days after. Amazing product

Honestly, i was looking for a multi function fitness product. This one came out and I was skeptic comparing it between all of the choices out there. But the price was so good I couldn't pass. And I do not regret it. I've been using it and it does it's job properly. Amazing fitness machine. Cardio and muscle build/tone, fat loss exercises can be performed at the same time! And it comes with a diet plan, DVD, exercises guides... For this price? Grab it while you can! You won't regret it. ( That's coming from someone that kept spending trying to achieve results at home)
