Brilliant Bit of Kit – Would Highly Recommend - Rock Solid, Versatile, and Easy to Assemble

I’ve been building up my home gym bit by bit, and this MERAH weight bench has quickly become one of my favourite pieces of equipment. First off, the build quality is excellent and it feels solid and stable even under heavy loads. The frame is made from thick steel, and nothing wobbles or creaks, even during bench presses or incline work. It’s rated to 450kg, which gives you real peace of mind if you’re lifting heavy.

Excellent Workbench, Even Better Clothes Horse

Easy enough to put up, looks good and seems perfectly capable as a workbench, but so far it has turned out to be the best clothes horse I have ever owned.

Excellent

This bench is fantastic. I was expecting to have to put it together myself, but it was already done. The only thing I had to do was attach the foot bar and put on the foam. It is really sturdy, very easy to use and the back and the seat are very comfortable. It is definitely worth the money and I think it will last a very long time.

Better than I expected.

6ft 3, 15.5st. This bench can support me whilst lifting combined 29kg on dumbbell bench press, so I'd say it has some strength to it. Use it for tricep dips too. Incline curls at my height are good as the weight a couple of cm's from the seat when I'm finished so can let go of the weight and it'll land on the seat softly.
