Built to last.
After using one of these in Switzerland, I tried to find one in the UK. Excellent build quality, no leaks. Keeps the hose neatly rolled up & solid wall mount system. Better than all the other local brands I’ve used over the years!

Product details
Long-lasting roll-up system: The hose can be rolled up automatically, safely and reliably because of the centrifugal brake and integrated hose guide. It rewinds steadily without twisting or kinking
Space-saving, flexible storage: The box can be pivoted through more than 180degrees and is designed for wall-mounting, nozzles, spray guns and scrubbing brushes can be stored on the wall bracket where they will be ready to hand
Convenient and easy: No bending down, no winding in the hose and no dirty hands, these are the things gardeners appreciate about wall-mounted hose boxes. There is also no danger of tripping over a hose that has been left lying about
Frost-proof: The innovative frost protection system ensures that the Wall-Mounted Hose Box RollUp M/L is frost-proof and can stay outside all year round

Easy to use hose
This is a heavy duty, well made hose and automatic reel holder. The unit is quite bulky and heavy but once installed it is a dream to use. The reel is easy to install if you can drill holes in bricks but really needs 2 people for a quick and accurate installation. All the parts are included and once attached to the wall and the connector is on the tap then you are ready or turn on the water and use. The hose head is the twist type which I find easy to use and can get anything from a fine mist to a powerful jet. It is easy to change the head to a sprinkler or trigger system, just click it in. T

FABULOUS!
I've had this hose for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. I have quite a large garden and I am a fan of planting many pots. It is so easy to pull it out and get round the majority of the garden in 10 minutes and then it retracts easily. I have arthritis and find it difficult which a heavy hose to wind up so this does the job a treat. Its expensive but worth it.
Simple design but works well
Simple design but nice quality. The winding mechanism is strong and the auto reel works well (quite quick) and smoothly. Easy fitting to wall and the connection hose is well located so doesn't get in the way when turning it to use in left or right direction and nice that it does sit flat to he wall when not in use (unlike the more expensive Hozelock I replaced).
