Best for relaxing and atmosphere (not for reading)
Not strong so if you are looking for a reading lamp, this one is not for you as it is limited to a smaller spot of light and also not very strong. It is perfect if you want to see but not sleep yet. It is the perfect light for atmosphere, relaxation like meditation or reading a tablet with its own background light in bed. Very comfortable for your eyes and I even use it when I have a bed migrene as its light does not bother me but let's me see my surroundings well. Love it. Beautiful and relaxing.
