This headrest is good, it suits the intendedpurpose and once adjusted it fits.
removing the plastic caps covering the screws to be tightened in the headrest requires a tool and a fair ammount of prying extra caps were included in the event that you scratch one up. getting the adjustment points tightend down requires large tools and some mechanical advantage though I did not feel like I was in danger of stripping them.
Perfect - you won't regret it
I'm not sure why others have written negatively of this product. It's a close fit for the colour (mineral) and was just moments from the box to fit. It's very high quality, solid feeling, and high comfort. I don't send many reviews but thought some on here were far off what I've seen and experienced.
Pretty Awesome!
This thing is SO nice... It works well and what I received is of really high quality. I've adjusted it several times without any issue and it fit my 6'2 hight just fine on an Aeron Remastered, Size C. Of course, I was careful to install it nice and centered and didn't CRANK the bolt. No need... just make it nice and tight, adjust it a few times over the next couple days to feel it out. And there ya go!
Fits well, improves the chair
Fits the chair, adjusts well to my height (184cm, Size B chair) and improves chair experience. I was concerned by reviews indicating it was unstable or awkward to adjust. I've had no problems after a week of use. Also came with extra clamps, which presumably resolve previous problem of stability. Expensive, but I knew that and it works.

This headrest feels like it's made from high quality materials and well constructed. It also looks great, and the color is a perfect match for the material from the Herman Miller chair. It's easy to use the multiple adjustments, and it feels very tightly constructed and solid, in a good way. Great product, I would purchase this again if I get another Aeron chair.
Excellent Upgrade to my Aeron chair
This product fits perfectly to my Aeron. It fits so well that it looks like an original manufactured add-on. The fabric and the frame of the product is precisely reproduced to match the color of the chair (I have a white chair and was afraid that it would not match perfectly but it does). If you have an Aeron, it means you are a discerning person who does not settle for less than perfection. This product will take the chair to another level of comfort.
Makes a great chair even better
While it seemed strange to spend about 10% of the Aeron chair's lofty price for just a headrest I'm glad I did. This headrest has really improved my computer work productivity and body posture by keeping my head in alignment with the computer screens. It is very comfortable to now sit up perfectly straight while at my desk...previously I didn't realize how much I was hunching forward, ruining my posture, and sometimes getting fatigued.

Solid Aftermarket Headrest
The Aeron chair i have is less than a year old - and the colours match well - although the headrest is a little TOO white in the weave but its not perceptible unless your staring directly at the two - looking for the differences.
Completes the Aeron chair perfectly.

I was shopping for a new chair because although my chair was high quality and comfortable I really wanted a head rest. Then I came across this. I didn't consider that such a thing might exist. I Just installed it and I'm pleased.

Expensive but well made
It’s priced so highly because fools like us who are willing to spend a fortune on an office chair are also willing to spend a fortune on a neck rest for said office chair. I can’t blame the manufacturers : it’s a niche object incredibly well constructed and it does exactly what I wanted it to do.

The headrest is incredibly well made and it’s well engineered. Fits on to the back of the Aeron chair perfectly and easy to install. It’s very comfortable and adjusts to many positions. I’m 6ft tall and it’s perfect for me and my partner is 5’2 and it fits perfectly for her also. The materials used (mesh and frame) are identical to the Aeron - you cannot tell the difference. It’s still very expensive for a headrest but it is excellent quality. The customer service is excellent and they say they will take it back if I’m not happy in any way. I will be keeping it.
