Very impressed with this 2.5 Liter pot
This small 2.5 Liter casserole pot from Kuhn Rikon is well made and solid. It's a little heavier than you might expect, which attests to its quality. Heating on the stove, water boils fast, and then cooking in it, I found that the food cooked evenly. Accordingly, it is 5-ply steel, to give it that strength as well as conductibility. I suspect with appropriate treatment, this will last a lifetime.

I really like this casserole. It's just the right size for two, reduces tomato sauce beautifully, and easy to clean. It's very well designed with contemporary lines, has good weight and will most likely become an heirloom. I highly recommend.
