Fantastic value
I had no hesitation in opting for another Singer after all those years' service! The new one is much lighter and has a carrying handle. It does exactly what I need being small repairs, hems, modifications etc., It is of course, quite capable of dealing with much larger sewing tasks such as curtains or dressmaking etc.,

Very pleased with yet another singer! My reason for only 4 stars relates to measurements of machine, which was very relevant to me as I intend it to travel with me when on holidays. Measurements were in centimeters and when converted to inches would have given me a very neat travelling machine indeed! Somewhere around 4" wide !!! Otherwise, a singer by name and performance!
