Good basic shower and easy to install

Replaced a Redring (8.5kW) shower that lasted 13 years, so I can't complain about that. I would have ordered a Redring again, but the models are a bit bigger and would not have fit in width. I decided to go for a basic version of the Triton (at 9.5 kW) as I do not really need the sophistication of some models. Just on and off, hot, less hot and cold. This has been in place for a couple of weeks and seems fine. An electrician installed it (same guy that installed the Redring) and it was basically "like for like" so slotted in nicely. Strange but the outside cover had 4 small screws, one to each corner to hold the front cover on, I thought that could have been taken to 2 on the top and a clip in piece used for the bottom, save having to get down on your hands and knees to put screws into the bottom of the lid.

The instructions are very good - fitting and setting up are very well described and it all went with no issues at all - at least none with the product. You should ensure that you either have some extra bits available to plumb it in if you are replacing a current shower unit - such as compression rings etc - or that your local hardware store is within easy reach, and open when you fit the shower!

Great shower for money, easily fitted it you have good DIY skills. Good water flow and looks good in new bathroom
