Frozen cocktails, yes please

I bought this blender, not for the health benefits of making smoothies, but specifically to crush ice for frozen cocktails, and it is great. There is a specific ice button, which pulses the ice for 60 seconds until it is crushed, without the motor burning out. It is as noisy as hell, but great for what I wanted, for a good price. I had a smaller nutribullet-type blender before, but that didn't have the oomph needed for ice, and left an alarming burning smell. This, however, does the job perfectly, with enough capacity for 4 good sized cocktails.

Ok but soft ripe fresh strawberries seem to be its Nemesis!

So far so good. Much easier to use than the Nutribullet I had. It is a lot easier to push the cup down and engage the motor - which is a relief for me as I have arthritis in my hands. The only let down is that when I made my first smoothie- fresh ripe blueberries and strawberries with the latter cut into small pieces - the strawberries had not blended! One of the softest fruits. It days you can blend vegetables but I am now a little sceptical. However, I plan to try this soon so my 4 stars will remain for now. If it does not blend veggies as stated, it will be going back.

this is so powerful i was so surprised how quick it blender everything it is very easy to used the instructions are really clear the durability is amazing build so strong and solid and the rubber feet keep it in place it makes smoothie so easy without any effort i have put angel delight's in and it as come out so creamy and so smooth i like how easy it is to clean just put a small amount of warm water in and turn on and it cleans it really good blender
