Easy to put together, heavy duty and nicely designed.
Once assembled, it looks brilliant, rotates nicely and smoothly without any issues and can handle heavy items easily. The wood pieces seem to be well made and durable. The plastic with class effect side panels are a nice addition and make it look premium.
Attractive unit that is easy to assemble and makes great storage for items under 15 cms deep.
The main issue I have with the unit is the offset openings to the shelves. If you insert any item (book, game, DVD, video, jigsaw) which is more than 15 cms deep, then the adjacent opening is blocked off. Even though you think you have four 15 cm wide shelves per level, you only have two if your items are over 15 cms deep. I have enclosed a couple of pictures of my iPad case placed onto a shelf to show what I mean if you have items between 15 and 30 cms deep there are only two shelves per tier and the blocked openings look a bit weird.
Thought it was Glass but...
A really nice bookcase but not really one I could recommend at the price. I thought the panes would be glass but they are plastic and the assembly was a pain.
More space than expected
This book cas holds far more books than appears at first sight. It mopped up more than we expected. The putting together was simple and well directed by numbered parts. Very good value too. We will buy again .
