Turned into my new bestfriend!

I don't usually leave reviews at all, but with this vacuum, I had to come and leave one. Although when I first received the device, i went through some teething problems with setting it up, mainly that the mapping wasn't great. It was cleaning the same room/parts of the room continuously without moving on. I figured this came down to me putting a dock by the side of my couch between it and wall. Once i moved it to my hallway, where it has plenty of space, i found it has worked amazingly. The app i find to be easy to use and intuitive enough. As a self-proclaimed neat freak, i wasn't expecting

The suction power is impressive, and the cleaning is very thorough, even along edges. Charging is a little slow, and while the battery is more than enough for my home, larger homes may need to split cleaning into two schedules to allow it to recharge. Even so, my full-home clean goes over every room twice, uses Turbo mode on the carpeted bedroom and Standard mode everywhere else, and it still usually finishes with over 30% battery remaining.

The suction power is impressive, especially on hard floors and around skirting boards where dust tends to collect. It picks up pet hair, crumbs, and everyday dirt far better than I expected from a robot vacuum. The mopping function is also useful for maintaining clean floors between deeper cleans.

I have found this thing to be absolutely fantastic. I have the RV30 Max Plus. I just use it on our lower floor which is a Kitchen, Front/Living Room and a Pantry. The hoover easily slips under the entryway to the pantry so cleans in there without having to leave the door open for it. YMMV with that of course, it works for us as our pantry is disguised as Kitchen cupboards and there is no kickboard but there is about 4-5 inches of clearance.

Useful and reliable little robot vacuum

Love it! We had one of the original Eufy robot vacuums but it died after a year so we replaced it with this Tapo one. The self cleaning is great, it maps the house well and we set it with Alexa to go around the ground floor of our house at 11pm to help clean away any random bits from the day. Definitely makes a difference and Im tempted to buy another one for upstairs 😅 One issue is it does occasionally get stuck places, but set it down on the flat surface and press the home button and off it goes.
