When I first started using it, my floors were in need of a proper clean. I scheduled it to run a few times a day for about a week and the difference is unbelievable. My floors have gone from dull and dusty with hair everywhere to looking shiny, fresh, and actually feeling clean underfoot every single day.
Fantastic in the kitchen. Cleans quieter and better than our cylinder vac.
Even my wife, who is a tech skeptic is convinced. The little brush thingies at the front corners really do let it clean up to the edge of everything. They're sort of like crab's claws that pull the food to it's mouth. There is a brush underneath, and of course a bit of suction. it is able to climb up over thresholds of around 1.5cm pretty easily... even thought it looks awkward.

Having been looking at robotic vacuum cleaners for some time, and despairing at the prices of them, I was dubious that this device would perform. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained, we could always return it. We live in a dormer bungalow, with all of the rooms we use on one level; the upper floor being reserved for guests. We have two dogs, one of whom sheds constantly, and we had to vacuum at least twice per day, using a handheld.
What can I say? I LOVE it!
I have to say, having had no prior experience of robot vacuums, I wasnt sure what to expect. I also thought that given the relatively low cost price in comparison to the models being sold by the big retailers, the fact that because I have medium pile carpet everywhere but the kitchen and, messy young kids, it would be unrealistic to expect too much but, how wrong was I!!
