Quality okay but

Fixing to the wall, was easy with good strong bolts in the pack, nice and solid. The plastic outer is not as strong, it scratches way too easily, even when I just carefully placed it on the patio, it scuffed as you can see in the pictures. Other than this, the hose is water tight, and the hand held trigger has a number of outputs which are in the main useful, while the whole hose looks nice with our colour scheme. The big question is will it last, I don't know, it feels like care is needed to ensure the spring continues to retract the hose, hopefully it will last at least 3 - 5yrs. Overall I l

The Hose Reel That Made My Garden Smile

The automatic rewind feature of this hose reel is like having a garden butler at your beck and call. A gentle pull, and voila, you decide the length, and with another pull, it retracts with the grace of a ballerina, minus the tutu. The integrated hose guide deserves a standing ovation for its no-twist, no-tangle, no-trip performance. It's like it knows I'm more likely to do a faceplant than a pirouette in my garden.

Brilliant hose that’s easy to use and install

This is a fabulous addition to my garden and kennels. I can now without any effort pull the hose down to my kennels at end of the garden and water the flowers on the way down! It saves so much time and effort lifting and carrying buckets of water up and down which I had been doing up to this purchase so I really appreciate this hose.
