First thought upon ordering, regret... Surely I can't justify that much money on a hosepipe... But, I have to say. It is brilliant. I have a 30 meter + garden and this gets just enough down the garden that I can water the bottom trees with the jet mode (30+2m I ordered).. To be able to tug it and it retracts itself back up, to never have to wind up meters and meters of hose is actually well worth the money.. So easy to use. I bought an extra length of hose to connect to the tap as I wanted it further in the back garden and it has been fine. I have also connected a sprinkler and it works fine.

It's very well made and quality materials are being used throughout. Make sure you use the wall fixings supplied with the hose system as it really needs to be attached to the wall securely. You'll need a 10 or 12mm masonry drill bit which I had. And a certain amount of DIY skills are required. But as long as you have the tools, it's quite easy.
Good value for money but not top quality.
Just finished installing and initial testing. The wall plugs and coach bolts supplied to fit hose reel on the wall are not adequate. Initially I used a drill bit with the exact same diameter as that of the wall plugs and screwed the coach bolts in. It was quickly apparent that the 5 bolts could not hold the heavy weight of the hose reel as with use the bolts slowly started to exit the holes. I started again using a slightly smaller drill bit with smaller plugs with the same coach screws and the result was successful. The hosepipe itself is very lightweight and I am concerned that it won’t stan
