So many on the market, and after hours of looking I feel ive hit the jackpot this is super comfy, Very large in size, easy to unpack, easy to assemble / inflate and also just as easy to pack away. Excited to use it our tent when we go away now ( brought 2 they are that good)
Not just for camping but a great spare bed
This self-inflating sleeping pad has been super as a spare floor bed at home. It’s thick and comfy enough that you’d barely know you weren’t on a mattress, and the foam core with a high R-value (5.2) means it stays cosy even on colder floors, none of that chilly hard-floor feeling you get with thin pads.
Comfortable and easy to store as a spare bed
The build quality is good and the materials feel decent quality too. It takes a little while to self-inflate the first time because it comes tightly packed, but it is easy to top up. I like the oversized storage bag, which means you don't have to struggle to fit the pad back inside once you deflate it.
Very Comfortable and Feels Premium
The first time I set it up, I let it “self-inflate” as recommended. Because it had been tightly compressed in the packaging, the foam took a little while to expand and reach its full shape, which is pretty normal for this type of pad. After a while, I topped it up with a small cordless pump, which finished the job quickly (I hadn't realised the storage bag could also be used as a pump sack to aid inflation).
Good purchase
I haven't used this myself as I bought it as a topper for a metal framed camping bed on a recent family camping trip.
