Saved our deep pile white carpet numerous times
This little machine does a stellar job at cleaning up after pets and human spills. We moved into a house with super thick white carpets installed in the ground floor living space… on a working farm. Pretty soon we realised we needed a quicker way to spot clean or spend hours each day scrubbing and dabbing. After renting a RugDoctor for hire we decided to invest in this smaller spot treatment vacuum. It’s easy to use, simple to clean, and does the job well. The only thing I would change is to make the pipe a little more flexible as it’s finicky to get it wound into place for storage, not imposs

Reading other reviews I thought it would be ok but the leaking makes it impossible to suck up the water properly.

Ideal for a house with pets, the rubber brush is great for lifting dog hair, one tank was enough to clean stairs and part of the landing. I sprayed stairs 3 at a time then sucked up dirty water, dog hair and silt! this works for me, with a window open it dried fairly quickly.
