Excellent product and customer service

Really impressed by these garden lights. Sturdy construction. Look great and despite low wattage (20 watt incandescent equivalent) give off a nice bright warm light which lights up the garden nicely. Just what I wanted. Bought extension cable as well which was great. Have to say too the customer service at Brimax is excellent. One of the bulbs failed within 3 minutes (not really a problem as they provide a spare anyway) but one e-mail to Info@Brimax.org on a Sunday afternoon elicited a prompt apology and reply from Brimax first thing Monday with 2 new bulbs arriving by courier the following da

Great value, great lights. Also suitable for Instagram idiots.

These are great, have a nice look and I like the fact they have a moulded loop/hole on each lamp so I could just screw in B&Q hooks and get the cable nice ant taut and tidy. We have a small but long victorian terrace garden so the option of joining more than one set together was an appeal, but we didn't bother as the one set down one side of the garden gives a nice amount of light.

Really Effective alone the garden fence

Only one con, the lead from the mains plug to the first bulb is very short. You can buy a special extension lead that comes with matching mini plug and socket. extend it yourself with a cable joint or simply use a mains extension lead.

4 years and still going strong

Originally bought for our wedding in 2020 which obviously got cancelled. So instead I used the lights in our garden and on our veranda. Hanging for 4 years now and still look as good as new, not even a blown bulb. Really excellent quality. Easy to put up with the loops and a really nice warm light.

Great looking, sturdy lights

They arrived without bulbs screwed in (I assume to protect bulbs) and it took me a bit of time to screw them all in so don’t leave it till the last minute like I did! And there are spare bulbs too which is a bonus, and I haven’t needed to use them yet.
