PLUG-IN CEILING FAN GREAT FOR WORK AREA
Remotes on ceiling fans are a must, so let's first say that this fan meets all my requirements. I have a shop too tiny to work inside, and this fan is a lifesaver when I’m doing tool maintenance outdoors. And this fan plugs in, which means I can move it around and that alone substantially increases its value to me. This is a good value for money spent.
Easy plug in for outside airflow
This 52-Inch outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light and plug-in power works as expected. Relatively simpler install for a ceiling fan if you're experienced and ok for first-timers. With this fan having a basic bracket for attaching to support beams and an extension cord with plug for power, it makes it easy to install this fan pretty much anywhere with appropriate height and support strength. Having a remote is a plus, since it doesn't have pull cables or switch to adjust settings with. The fan runs DC allowing lower power use and less noise over the usual ceiling fans. Review for non-caged ceiling fan
I installed this ceiling fan on a screen enclosure (AKA pool cage). Technically, it is not a great idea to attach anything to a screen enclosure unless it has been reinforced, but this fan is light enough that I am not at all concerned about it. The attached plug makes it very easy to install vs having to run wire and conduit to a junction box.
Seamless fan operation and remote is a game changer!
We already had a fan in our gazebo, but quickly came to realize that without it having remote control, we were effectively sentenced to standing on a piece of our outdoor furniture to reach it manually every time we wanted to power it on or off, or change the intensity. This wore thin quickly and so we opted to try this fan instead. Once fully assembled, we were quickly impressed with both the chic look, the highly customizable air flow (6 speed settings total), the bright but soft LED light, and, most importantly, the ease of control via the included remote. The fan works seamlessly once inst
Good buy
Good product. Easy to assemble and install. Fan is pretty quiet in lower speeds, but does get louder in higher ones. Nice touch that fan rotation can be reversed. Light is sufficient and variable too.

Brilliant fan
