Fantastic product. I always remove the top from the oil container before starting to filter as suggested by another review and I’ve never experienced any leaks. The filtration and oil storage are amazing and it makes it super easy to keep clean and grease free. Most bits are dishwasher safe too. Perfect size for two people and does a great job. It’s a bit pricy, but worth the extra cost because of the design.
This fryer is a little gem
What a bargain and a super fryer. Love the idea of the filter and drain tank saves all the hassle of having to strain the oil through a filter into a jug. It's an easy clean stainless steel unit better than the swan plastic one I had before which oil hardened and was like glue and a real pig to get off. As a long term chef I bought this for my home having read the functions and realised it's the same principle as our restaurant fryers. Heats the oil quickly too. Highly recommend this little Gem.
Excellent frier
Easy to use and all metal parts clean in the dishwasher. Oil drain feature works well but make sure screw stopper is unscrewed a bit before draining otherwise it can airlock.
