Very comfortable
I was skeptical before purchasing this chair, but one year after, I'm glad I got this. It was easy to assemble, the knob behind works and gives good support to my back. Very comfortable cushion that has stayed intact for 1 year of daily use. You can put the handrest up when you don't need it. Great buy.
Great lumbar support
I have become a bit of an expert in putting together and dismantling office chairs over the last few days, and they are all pretty simple and quick to put together. This one is no exception. Easily done by one person in less than 30 minutes. If you are looking for a reasonably priced office chair, then this could well be the one.

Really pleased! Arrived quickly and well packed! Was relatively easy to put together! It had arrived Friday afternoon and I put it together after work Friday whilst shattered… so probably took slightly longer than it should have… my 1 bit of advice is to count all the pieces and take pictures of the screws and their code names!! Once made, looks good and I even was able to relax with a glass of wine (was after work Friday evening) I’ve since tweaked the settings and have the headrest and lumbar set to the right levels and it’s even better.
