Sleek & Intelligent Atmosphere: NEEWER NF01 Smart LED Floor Lamp

True to form, I fed the entire instruction manual into my AI assistant to get a full rundown and step-by-step guide for its first use—that's just the way I roll! It is very clever being able to give it voice commands directly. I also love that it can be put on a timer; it acts as a great physical reminder for me to switch off, put my things away, or finally head to bed! While it only runs on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, to be fair, I think just about everything of this style does anyway. With so many pre-categorised dynamic modes to choose from, I still have plenty of settings left to try.

Great quality lighting

I have had many lamps that behave in a very similar way, but this is the first that seems like it has a truly premium build quality. It is built from solid materials and has a bit of weight to it, unlike other lamps of a similar style that feel plasticky and as if they would break if they fell. Appearance and size wise, this lamp fits the bill perfectly for where I am going to use it. It looks modern and sleek. The light is very bright and comes with a remote control that has some simple functions on it. Setup was very easy. Using the app they recommend, which I downloaded from the Play store,

Loads of light, and looks great even when turned off.

The light from the lamp is really even and well diffused, if aimed at a wall the reflections look great, if looking right at the lights it is very bright and i tend to turn it down! Great that you can just have it as an ambient white light or have all the colour dancing around as and when needed.

Brilliant corner lamp.

Putting the lamp together was simple, just make sure you follow the instructions especially with regards to fitting the LED strip in the metal housing. Once the app was connected it gave me much better control than the remote. I still use the remote for quick changes, but the app is great for picking the exact colour and brightness. It is worth remembering that it needs 2.4GHz WiFi, as that is probably the only bit that might catch someone out during setup.
