Works a treat
Has a great selection of pre programmed options; i use a rehab setting at the mo which is gentle but i can certainly feel all the muscles being worked right up to the lower abdomen which is exactly what i wanted.
Excellent Machine
The machine is a game changer I am disabled and have been able to use it to give me some much needed exercise It is quite sturdy it is quiet to use it’s is not light but not too heavy either the remote control is handy this good value for money
Good product
Bought this as I have a desk job and spend hours not really moving. Delivery was quick, easy to put together and use. I'm even using it whilst watching TV. Hopefully it will help with swollen feet, burn calories (for not really doing very much!) and keep fit.
