Really impressed! Compact and very bouncy fitness trampoline. The trampoline comes in a compact box, and whilst the instructions aren’t very clear, it’s relatively simple to build, screwing the frame together and then twisting the elastic bands around to hold the bed of the trampoline in place. It does require a fair bit of strength to put the bands on initially, but once the first few are on each side, it does get easier. A really well-made and robust adult-sized exercise trampoline...

The trampoline arrives requiring a reasonable amount of assembly. There’s an instruction manual for how to do this, taking you through each stage with both illustrations and text. It’s also relatively self-expandatory too. I think it took me around 20-minutes to have the trampoline fully assembled. Most of this time was spent attaching the strong elastic chords to the frame.

On arrival, the box was quite substantial. Inside, you get the main rebounding mat frame, the legs, the safety handlebar, and all the necessary fixings. My initial impression was that the build quality felt very robust, though the instruction leaflet left a bit to be desired. The guide relies on small black-and-white illustrations that aren't particularly clear, which made assembly a bit of a puzzle at first since I'd never put together a trampoline quite like this before. Compact Fitness Trampoline That Is Easy to Fit Into a Home Routine

For me, this is best suited to adults wanting a convenient indoor exercise option that can be stored away between sessions. It is less suitable if you want a large trampoline for recreational jumping or need equipment specifically designed for outdoor use. For home fitness, though, I like the combination of manageable size, stability and easy storage. At just 90gbp this is great value.

Sturdy home exercise rebounder

Setting this up took a bit of time but the parts feel very solid. The bungee cord system is much better than the old metal springs I used to have as it is genuinely quiet. I have been using it on my wooden floor and the legs stay put without sliding around. It provides a decent bounce for my morning workout sessions. The frame feels stable and I feel safe jumping on it. It is quite large so make sure you have enough space in your living room. A REALLY great way to get moving when the weather is bad outside!

Great for home exercise if you have the space

I got this as another option for keeping fit at home, and it is a great bit of exercise equipment. The main thing to consider before getting one is space. At around 40 inches across, you need a decent clear area indoors, not just for the trampoline itself but also enough room above and around you to use it comfortably.

I've been looking at ways to increase my heart rate in a small space without putting toouxh pressure on my bad knee. This is perfect. It gets my heart going and strengthens the core too. It's small but perfect for my needs.

Great home gym addition once it's assembled

A trampoline isn't something I'd thought of in terms of a home gym before, but having done some research online, I've found various workouts that are not only apparently effective, but are also fun. I've been using this for just over a week, and I had some initial workout aches after the first couple of uses that have since disappeared, so I'm confident it must be doing something.
