A really well-made and robust adult-sized exercise trampoline...
The trampoline arrives requiring a reasonable amount of assembly. There’s an instruction manual for how to do this, taking you through each stage with both illustrations and text. It’s also relatively self-expandatory too. I think it took me around 20-minutes to have the trampoline fully assembled. Most of this time was spent attaching the strong elastic chords to the frame.

Really impressed! Compact and very bouncy fitness trampoline. The trampoline comes in a compact box, and whilst the instructions aren’t very clear, it’s relatively simple to build, screwing the frame together and then twisting the elastic bands around to hold the bed of the trampoline in place. It does require a fair bit of strength to put the bands on initially, but once the first few are on each side, it does get easier. I found it easier to do one at 12, 3, 6, 9 (like a clock) and add one to each side working around. The handle is attached last and is a little fiddly to tighten the screws f

For me, this is best suited to adults wanting a convenient indoor exercise option that can be stored away between sessions. It is less suitable if you want a large trampoline for recreational jumping or need equipment specifically designed for outdoor use. Great home gym addition once it's assembled
A trampoline isn't something I'd thought of in terms of a home gym before, but having done some research online, I've found various workouts that are not only apparently effective, but are also fun.
