Mattress with Memory Foam Pocketing Spring

Well made, fairly firm mattrass. The thin memory foam layer doesn’t give a ‘sink in’ feel.

The mattrass is well made, feels soft to touch, and in my opinion is, medium to very firm. It is very springy; you can get a good bounce on it. The mattrass is described as being memory foam as well as pocket sprung, but the amount of memory foam that you actually lie on, isn’t that thick. I would guess it’s roughly 1 to 2cms thick. You don’t experience that ‘sink in’ feeling when you lie down. The fit is exact, being true to size.

Really comfortable mattress

Once unpacked and given time to expand, it felt really comfortable. The combination of memory foam and pocket springs gives a lovely balance between cushioning and support, and I’d describe the firmness as just right for me, supportive without feeling rock hard.

It is amazing how tight they managed to wrap this mattress for shipping. It comes with a cutting tool to remove the packaging and warnings about how to unpack it safely. Once removed from its plastic confinement you are meant to leave it a while to fully expand. I found it to be a reasonable firm mattress certainly not soft I did find it comfortable to sleep on but it does take me weeks to get used to a new mattress as I am not great at sleeping in unfamiliar beds, and that's what a new mattress is. The mattress itself is a 22cm deep single, 90 x 190cm, with a 7-zone pocket spring system. Each spring is individually wrapped and arranged in targeted zones to support your head, shoulders, waist, hips, knees, legs, and feet, adapting to your body’s natural curves.
