Excellent build quality, very comfortable, and sturdy
The chair is very comfortable, especially for long sitting sessions. The lumbar support is firm and supportive without being intrusive, and the mesh back keeps good airflow. The seat base is stable and does not wobble, which gives confidence in its durability.
Great quality, comfortable office chair
They are of very good quality and build, they where a little low for our taller staff so we contacted customer support to see if they could advise on anything. They were brilliant, replied straight away and advised they could send out a higher gas lifter free of charge. We received these a few days later, fitted them and they did the job perfectly. Everyone is more than happy with there new chair.
best chair I've had in decades across many offices
comfortable, easily put together, the rollerblade style wheels make it roll smoothly and the locking recline feels reassuringly solid, when set upright the back support realy helps comfortably correct my posture preventing the end of day slump back ache.

Good enough quality for price
It's a comfortable chair. It is well made enough for the price and looks good. Good instructions to fit it together and took us about 30 minutes. Parts come in a very helpful bubble-sealed pack along with an Allen key screwdriver and clear numbering. Small dislikes: It would be helpful to have a wheel lock as it keeps rolling back. The Allen key worked on the first couple of screws when assembling the wheel assembly but would not tighten the rest as it kept slipping. Luckily I had another key which was metric and worked fine.
