Lighting Coach Lantern

Brilliant lantern, but a few fitting tips you should know!

Looking at some of the lower-rated reviews, I can see why people get frustrated because I almost made the exact same mistakes! Firstly, you do not need to unscrew the three plastic holders/washers to get the clear shade off. It simply twists and unlocks effortlessly. I noticed afterwards that the seller does actually mention this in the Q&A section of the listing, but it's very easily missed. The manufacturer could save everyone a lot of hassle by putting a simple "twist to open" sticker directly on the product. I’ve attached a few photos (the ones with the blue gloves) to show how easy it is.

Nice light, but fiddly fixing method

Note: Its not too difficult to fit this lantern, but remember that although this work is legally permitted by a home owner in the UK, you must be competent & have an understanding of electrics & electrical safety, & you will be responsible for any injury caused by your installation to others. If in doubt, use the services of a qualified electrician.

Outdoor lantern lights

Great lights. Fitted them today with no problems. All fixtures and fittings are good quality. With your own choice of bulbs you can achieve the look yo want. Very pleased with my lights.
