It’s quite like a FireStick remote in that it has some presets down the bottom (incl a “breastfeeding” setting!) which means you don’t have to wait and find the right brightness when you need a bright bright light there and then, or vice versa when the wish is to quickly get a nightlight style hue on.
Excellent style, function, stability and illumonicity
It assembles really easy, it's sturdy and looks classy in the room. I love the different colour bulbs to suit the mood. It's light enough to lift with one had to position. The top rotation is a brilliant idea and reading lamp is great. It's even got a 'breast-feeding mode which I've never seen before but did give me a little chuckle. Takes up less space than my old mother and child lamp and is less of a dust trap as the bulbs are enclosed. Excellent price, excellent quality and excellent style and function.

This lamp(s) are just the job. Good variation in brightness and colours. Not as many to select from, but good nevertheless. I worry a little about the pole sections coming loose, but a week in, no problem. The nifty Remote is much more use than I expected. I love the magnetic attachment. I have one criticism. When the reading lamp is extended at 90° from pole, the base plate is not heavy enough. It doesn't tip over but it is unstable. I'll probably put some bricks on it to add weight. Otherwise I'm very pleased.
IMPRESSIVE DESIGN, total value for money
BUT.. should have a decent warm light option.. light is a sealed unit.. so have placed both an amber & soft pink coloured stage light film on top! Works a treat, room flooded with fabulously ambient lighting!

Very happy with this unfunny lamp. We love the remote control for altering the brightness level and colour tone. No awkward bulbs to change like in the father and child uplighter we previously had.
