Great item, not as 'Easy' fitting as you might think.
3. The instructions don't really tell you how to cut and prepare your pipes to successfully fit the compression joints. Make sure you buy a proper pipe cutter to cut your pipes. Also, you'll need to clean up your old pipes with emery cloth, wire wool or a scouring pad to make sure the compression joints seal properly.

The plumber fit these in five minutes and they look attractive. Not sure about sturdiness as only just got them but they seam quite durable. they work great.

We've had good experience with Bristan over the years. This tap is well made and good value. It was easy to fit, but the swivel head is rather tighter than any tap I've had before. I might remove it and put a little silicone jelly onto the O-ring.
