Easy Fit next time yes, but not the first time.

Easy fit was the thing that tipped the balance in me choosing this Bristan tap in preference to other manufacturers. However this is not easy fit if replacing an existing tap of another make. You still have to get under the sink to install the back plate that secures the tap tightly to the sink/worksurface and it is not an easy process at all. I had assumed they had designed a back plate that somehow could be inserted through the hole from the top and expanded once through, but no. However if I ever need to change the tap in the future, and Bristan are still making taps then it will indeed be

Looks great

It’s only been a few days since the plumber fitted this. It looks great and is easy to use - smooth to open tap and select cold or hot - no sticking. The flow of water is good, no drips and it wasn’t the nightmare to fit that I thought it might be. Now it’s in place it should be even easier to replace the tap in the future due to it being ‘easy fit’.

Quality build and modern looking

The tap is a mono-bloc so there is no run-off of water after you turn the tap off, the water stops and starts immediately. I paticulary like the easy to access tap handle at the front.

Fantastic value

Wow what a tap came on time and was well packaged. Was easy to install and looks like a tap that is worth at least double of what I paid for. Excellent value.

Fitted this ourselves about a month ago. So much better than I was expecting. Looks fab, works fab.
