Probably The Best Premium Coffee Storage Container
Aesthetically, the canister is sleek and minimalist, which I appreciate. The 600g model was the largest size currently available at time or purchase. While it obviously cannot hold an entire 1kg bag of coffee beans, this is easily managed. My workflow is to fill the Neo, and then store the remainder of the beans in their original bag (with all air expelled) in the freezer, or simply use the beans from the bag first.

Optimum coffee storage solution
This is exactly what I’d been looking for to store my specialty coffee. Yes it really does keep the beans at an optimum condition. Don’t be fooled by the name it doesn’t hold a kilo of coffee it only holds around 600g. I did read the specifications before I purchased so I did know this. The volumetric storage of the products are a bit out of sync with European package sizing but if you know this beforehand it shouldn’t be a problem. A 1kg, 500g and 250g would be absolutely perfect but hey you can’t have everything.
