Its extremely well made, and folds up onto itself perfectly, it would be very versatile for lots of uses as the page shows. I've been sleeping on mine, using a japanese futon on top. even though its quite hard, it has corrected several sleeping problems ive been having for years now. For the record I'm 181cm, 95kg and muscular. I used to have a lot of pins and needles problems in my arms, often waking up with dead arms or leg in the night. I also would often wake up with lower back pain. Once I changed to floor sleeping, and a hard surface, I am now sleeping way way better, undisturbed general
