Eliminated the shadow problem that had been affecting the consistency of my lash work

Working in natural or overhead lighting had always created shadows across the lash line at certain angles that made the application inconsistent — I'd finish a set and only notice under different lighting that an area I thought I'd completed was actually incomplete or uneven. The shadow-free half moon design specifically addresses this by providing consistent illumination from the angle that lash work requires, and the three lighting modes let me adjust for different client skin tones and eye colouring.

Bright and even lighting

The height adjustment mechanism holds firmly without sliding down over time, and the heavy base keeps the entire unit from wobbling if the desk gets bumped. Using the attached phone clamp worked well for overhead recording, though it took a little bit of fiddling to get the weight balanced properly without the arm dropping slightly. The controls are responsive and accessible, but I did find the power cord slightly shorter than expected, meaning I needed an extension lead to reach my preferred wall socket comfortably. Needed some serious light while tidying my wife's lash corner in the spare room, my old anglepoise just threw shadows everywhere. This half moon lamp arrived on Saturday, I wedged it between the toy box and the dog’s bed and clicked it on. The curved head really does flood the lashes with even light, no weird streaks across her client’s face, and my ten year old filmed the evidence with the swivelling phone holder because apparently everything must go on TikTok.
