I was a little sceptical to buy these as there is some assembly required. To be fair all that means is you need to hand screw the arms into the centre mount.

High quality for the price
The written directions are a little weird but it is pretty easy to assemble and install: The arms are all unscrewed but attached by the wiring to the central globe. To screw it together you take off the bottom screw and cap on the central globe. As you screw them into place, pull back on the wire that runs though by gently pulling on the wire assembly in the globe. Then you turn the set screw into the threads of each arm to ensure it doesn't unscrew. Do it on a towel so you don't scratch the finish as you move through all the arms.
