Difficult to assemble, easy to use
The instructions that come with the wagon are useless. Look up the videos online, but make sure you always assemble the bolts with the nuts down. The popular video online shows it being assembled with the nuts up and you'll have the screws protuding into your cargo area if you do. You'll also need to inflate the tires before you use it, so make sure you have a bike pump and wrenches.
