Well Made and Performs as it should
It was easy to install the wall bracket to a brick wall using the supplied plugs and screws, and was up and running within 10 minutes. Overall it seems solid and well made, and the spray attachment feels surprisingly 'premium' with a good array of spray types. I also like the simplicity of lifting it off the bracket to store in the shed/garage, unlike others that have a removeable plastic hinge.

Very heavy
It is very heavy and you to line up bar through the back of it that goes through the wall.mount as well.I have dealt with others which were much lighter that sat on a pin on the wall mount .This seems fine as long as you don't want to regularly dismount it because as said its very heavy hopefully that equates to quality
Well mde retractable garden hose
This SUNPOW 25m retractable hose is well designed and made. I haven't installed it yet, time will tell. Two minor issues. The supplied fixing screws are maybe rather short for our house wall, which has a thick roughcast coating. Also the box and user guide show pictures with the handheld spray permanently attached to the end of the hose, but in reality it does have the standard Hoselock style of detachable fittings on both the main hose and also the short hose to the supply tap.
