Good product but mounting is difficult
The reel is well made, functions very well and does what it’s supposed to do. Installation is made difficult as the width centre distance of the mounting holes is too narrow and means that you cannot use a socket or a ring spanner on it, you have to use an open ended spanner a bit at a time, which makes it very difficult when mounting on hard brick
Easy to install and easy to ise
Bought this for my mum, was easy to install, took about 30 mins. My mum loves that it is fixed to the wall out of the way and loved that in came with a cover! The auto retractable hose, means my 70+ mum can use the hose with no problems! Would highly recommend
Giraffe Hose
Excellent, arrived on time, fairly easy to install as everything you need is in the box. Works well, I bought a 30Mtr hose and this length could be an issue if you have a problem with grip.
