Pre-assembly: Competition banks require an extra charge for the so-called "expert assembly". The AW-0012 adjustable bench comes pre-assembled as standard and requires only the insertion of two pins through the fitter for complete assembly.

Good for my workouts!
Easy assembly and light weight suitable for beginner workouts rather than heavy weight workouts because bench wouldn’t I don’t think be sturdy enough. If you had a big muscle body on it I think it wouldn’t be strong or stable enough but it’s fine for me. The price was just right for me at this level and I was happy with quick delivery.
